Sr. Associate- Pre Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Associate - Pre Sales at DivyaSree Developers located in Chennai (Sholinganallur). The role involves day-to-day tasks such as interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, conducting market research, preparing proposals, creating presentations, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. The Sr. Associate - Pre Sales will play a crucial role in generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Handling enquiries

Lead generation through cold calling

To attend to all customers enquiries (Inbound and Outbound) and provide project information and required details as per the requirements of the client.

Converting leads to Site Visits through follow ups.

Candidate Requirement

• Minimum 1 to 5 Years of experience in real estate sales/ presales/ customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Good understanding of the real estate industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
