Assurance on operational process of AIF for Fund management.
- Flag issues proactively and ability to foresee outcomes keeping in mind the operational riskframework in line with the legal parlance.
- Creating efficient controls for reconciliations, Risk and compliance management and review anddaily / periodical MIS and daily operations management.
- Monitor and process documents required for drawdown notices.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including compliance, fund management, settlements, sales teams, fund accountants, and counterparties, to ensure adherence to and improvement of laid-down operational policies, SLAs, and processes in the best interest of the business and all internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of details of schemes required for SEBI.
Requirements
Key Technical Requirements:
- MBA (Finance)/CA, with 2-3 years of work experience as an Analyst in a VC/PE/AngelInvesting Platforms/ Big4 or leading consulting firms. Alternately experience of working with astart-up in fund raising.
- Knowledge of Finance / Accounting would be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
