The Email Nurture Strategy Associate will be part of the Marketing Automation COE (Center of Excellence), one of the pillars of the Marketing Operations division. The individual will primarily be responsible for planning, crafting and deploying complex nurture journeys in SFMC that will adhere to business objectives driving awareness, demand gen and sales acceleration tactics. This individual will need deep expertise in audience segmentation, response routing and nurture programs that ensure activations drive revenue and business transformation. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer engagement, driving demand, and enhancing brand awareness through effective email marketing.
Essential Functions (Duties And Responsibilities)
- Understand the market landscape to build and deploy complex customer journey roadmap in SFMC based on business objectives that deliver effective marketing performance.
- Craft next generation email architecture to influence prospects and customers lifecycle through inbound and outbound marketing programs that results in customer acquisition and retention.
- Understands content relevance, key messaging efficiency and emerging market trends for better positioning of the email tactic in the marketing funnel to deploy email automation strategies.
- Drive thought leadership that includes process improvements, personalization strategy - A/B testing, multi variate testing and nurture optimization framework that deliver performance.
- Strong project management skills and collaborate with stakeholders to define business drivers and provide consultation on building a nurture execution roadmap.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of data models and governance, reporting tools, identifying the right KPIs to build email motion across the funnel.
- Strong acumen for email metrics, redefining email deliverability KPIs right from campaign ideation to revenue.
- Executes within SFMC and its capabilities in the context of driving marketing transformation.
- Be proactive in identifying bugs in customer journeys, performance downtime, ability to resolve SMFC related issues
Education & Experience Required
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience
- Creative, collaborative, can think critically and has a passion for marketing
- Ability to adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment delivery effective business plans
- Demonstrated track record of building, testing, optimizing and measuring nurture journeys in SFMC and related tools to drive business excellence
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods, understand optimization framework to elevate performance
- Enthusiastic & self-motivated professional who strives for excellence, seek to grow and learn
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- A complete understanding of SMFC, SFDC and its capabilities to leverage tools to drive transformation. SMFC and SFDC configuration and customization is a plus.
- Understanding of full funnel customer journey roadmap, trigger touchpoints and lead enablement motion.
- SQL & HTML knowledge required
- Marketing KPIs contribution from campaign ideation to revenue.
- Experience in business analysis and project management
- Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills paired with a strong sense of business operations
- Stay up to speed on trends and innovations in A/B testing and personalization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
