We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Senior Associate to join the Marketing Operations team within our Marketing department. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Senior Associate is responsible for email build and design, subscriber and data management, email delivery, and related analytics. They are also responsible for governing the Nurture feeder and suppression logic within our SFMC platform. The ideal candidate has experience using Marketing Cloud, specifically Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, segmenting data, and running reports that capture email deliverability data. They know email best practices and have the skills to coordinate with stakeholders to implement and deploy their email campaigns while leveraging the application for segmentation, automation, tracking, and analytics to make data-driven decisions to optimize email campaigns. The Email Senior Associate is also able to troubleshoot and solve basic Marketing Cloud email specific issues. This person will work closely with the athenaIT team to ensure up-to-date processes and tools to support email channel are best utilized. This person will also work closely with Marketing to develop their campaigns to improve engagement and drive outcomes.
