Key Accountabilities:
- Will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of Risk hiring.
- An SME in their given business area (or willing to learn) with a thorough understanding of roles and organizational structure within their client business and at competitor target organisations.
- Tactically delivers on searches through channels of:
- External direct hiring
- External use of agency
- Internal mobility
- Collaborating with teams

- Service mentality with an aspiration to delight the client and candidate
- Credibility and gravitas to manage senior stakeholders
- Actively seeks to understand and manage client expectations
- Solution oriented mindset
- Understands how to push back on unreasonable expectations whilst maintain a can do attitude
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Background in Risk Advisory hiring preferred
- Consulting background preferred
- Strategic orientation/exposure
- A proven team player who works well with others in the team and partners
