What will you be doing
- Collaborate with CSMs, product, and tech teams to evaluate the feasibility of customer enhancement requests. Facilitate product development by gathering feedback, identifying recurring issues, and working closely with the product team to address and prioritize improvements
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for AI-based HR solutions
- Understand client needs to provide personalized support, training, and guidance
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and goal alignment. Act as the primary contact for client support issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Drive AI product adoption by showcasing value and impact on HR processes
- Gather client feedback to propose enhancements and collaborate with internal teams for product improvements
Is this you
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within HR tech or SaaS, with a focus on AI-based products
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and solve complex issues
- Strong understanding of technology in HR management, with proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide actionable insights
