Position: Sr. Associate - Business Development
The candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with prospective customers within the Indian markets. The primary task of this role will be to target new organizations and introduce Ventura capabilities, demonstrate our custom services, map clients needs to our appropriate products and services.
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in B2B selling. The candidate should possess the tenacity and commercial awareness to find the right contact.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead Generation Cold Calling, E-Mail Campaigns, Online Networking, Marketing Activities, Customer Follow-up.
- Specialized or having experience in Pre Sales, Business Development of eLearning Services, Information Technology, and Services, and Solutions Selling and Pre Sales.
- Data Gathering, Market Mapping, and Research Analysis.
- Following up with new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Execute and improve proprietary data collection techniques of leads and prospects.
- Supporting Seniors in drafting RFP / RFI.
- Communicating new product and service developments to prospective clients.
- Structured reporting to the Sales Director.
- Exposure to custom eLearning, mobile learning, content development, web, and other technologies services and solutions selling will be preferred.
- An energetic, self-motivated individual with a passion to create connections, developing relationships, and presales in the eLearning and corporate training industries.
- Interest to work in an entrepreneurial, action-driven, multi-tasking environment with a desire for professional growth. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing or sales experience.
- Experience in the E-learning industry is a must. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- Excellent communication and IT fluency.
- Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and current events.
- Ability to provide leaderships to a large team of salespeople.
