Job Description

  • Assist in Joining process.
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Help organize training & development initiatives
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Provide support to members by addressing their questions related to HR processes & policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Organize quarterly and annual employees performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records on all platforms
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits andorganizing team building activities.

    Requirements
  • Excellent communication & people skill
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ZOHO People) will be a plus
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
