  • Selling Door/Window/Facade/Ladder to Architect, Builder, Govt. Dept.2. Managing B2B, B2C, B2G Sales3. Continuous mapping of new projects coming up in the assigned territory4. Understanding Customer specific buying practices, behaviour and market reputation5. Correctly Positioning KALCOs Offerings and Strengths in front Architects & Govt. Dept.6. Final discussions with the stake holders for order finalizations7. Collect payments ( advance and bills receivables )8. Win a written testimonial from the client / influencers as evidence of good job done byteam Kalco

  • Requires Focus + Energy + Temperament to be the customers representative within Kalcoand represent Kalco with the customers2. Requires good Questioning and Listening skills3. Self- confident & Self- directed4. Energetic5. Strong on Work Ethics
