Function Overview

The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. Purpose of the role

The purpose of the job is to support supply planning function by turning data into information, information into insight and to communicate insights to senior leadership for use in business decision-making. Also responsible for continuously monitoring process performance and identifying improvements.

Key Accountabilities

Processes and Procedures

• Responsible for ongoing innovation & CI for all systems (OMP, SAP, ERP, etc.)
• Coach & support Supply Analysts and identifying gaps in input data/attributes for planning outputs/reports/scenarios for use within region teams.
• Coach & support Standard Supply Analysts with governance over parameter accuracy and standards
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Solicit feedback from Supply Analysts to optimally configure Planning systems to business rules
• Validate & provide governance on system-driven activities and outputs after solvers run

Maximize system usage -

• Lead the development of sustainable processes & system usage metrics.
• Develop system wellness/health-check processes including compliance & metric tracking.
• Build sustainable plan for driving system utilization.
• identify gaps in input data/attributes for planning outputs/reports/scenarios for use within regions.

Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders, encourage and enhance cross function collaborations.

• Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years of related experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Degree Requi rements: Masters
• Preferred Major Area of Study :Operations, Supply Chain
• Preferred Professional Certifications:CSCMP, APICS
