The role will focus on Solutions support for RFPs and Security Assessments, and Sales Operations support for Salesforce CRM and its applications.
This individual will support cross functional teams in Sales and Marketing to ensure speed to revenue and data management.
A day in the life of this role includes helping users navigate the sales process using technology and predefined processes. While user support is a major focus of this role, system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data management are critical components.
In this role, the sales team, account managers, and marketing team are our internal stakeholders and we support revenue generation through deep knowledge of our services, teams, and sales operations activities. Managing robust data hygiene standards and overall data governance.
Managing multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a fast-paced business environment, and prioritizing work efforts to ensure projects stay on track to hit deadlines.
Salesforce Administration including onboarding, training, troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
Ensuring adequate training and enablement materials and documentation are available for new and existing users focusing on the paved path.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and internal customers across the enterprise.
Maintaining a very high level of accuracy and on-time delivery and ensuring client systems and processes support data governance and hygiene requirements.
Ensuring 100% compliance to resort/affiliate contractual agreements and information protection protocols.
Working to continually improve processes, efficiencies and quality
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of legal services, technology, and processes
Technology acumen and ability to learn new technologies and work independently
Minimum of 3 years in Sales Operations or eDiscovery support
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, with an ability to distill and convey complex technical details to diverse audiences.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, combined with the flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and landscapes.
Experience working in a cross-matrixed teams
Experience in working across a geographically disbursed / remote organization.
Must be proficient in M365 Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
SF.com Admin Certification and Admin Certification 2 is a plus
Must feel comfortable with flexible working time to support EST US hours.
