Position Summary: We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management Analyst to provide critical insights that drive our revenue growth strategies. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to interpret data, deliver actionable recommendations, and support our organization in making strategic investment decisions aligned with our business objectives. Your analysis will help optimize our revenue growth initiatives, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that enhance overall value.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's revenue streams, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic pricing, promotion, and distribution decisions.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop models and dashboards to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing revenue growth, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure revenue strategies align with the broader business strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue management processes and workflows, ensuring accurate data and quality metrics for informed decision-making.
- Project Management Support: Support strategic revenue projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in revenue growth management, strategic business analysis, or a related field, ideally within FMCG business sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
