Description

As a Senior Revenue Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. Your main responsibility will be to analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that will help improve sales strategies and increase revenue. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and identify opportunities for sales optimization. The ideal candidate for this role is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In this role you will

Gather and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
Collaborate with the growth team executive leadership to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Conduct competitor analysis to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities or threats.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing department to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize sales impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales analysis and reporting.
We are looking for someone who has

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Revenue Growth Analyst or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
Strong knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM software.
Experience in the use and management of CRM systems.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Expertise with sales and marketing metrics, KPIs, core reporting framework.
Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in written and oral communication (English).

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry.
A master's degree is preferred.
Previous experience with SalesForce.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Proficiency in using statistical analysis software such as SPSS or SAS.
