Job Title: Perfect Store Analyst
We are seeking a Perfect Store Analyst to ensure the optimal presence and prominence of our products. In this role, you'll analyze data and provide actionable insights to guide our efforts in achieving perfect store standards. Your work will help maximize the visibility of our products, optimize shelf placement, and enhance promotional effectiveness, aligning with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct detailed analysis of in-store product presence and prominence to identify opportunities for optimizing shelf placement, promotional visibility, and category assortment.
- Perfect Store Standards: Develop and implement frameworks and models that guide field teams in achieving and maintaining perfect store standards across various retail environments.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to align in-store execution strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate store performance metrics, identifying gaps and recommending actionable strategies for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine perfect store processes, ensuring data accuracy and quality for informed decision-making.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, trade marketing, or category management, ideally within consumer packaged goods or retail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.
