- The Human Resources department enables TresVista people across departments to catalyze our clients impact. The department is responsible for managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and we'llbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people.
Responsibilities Assumed:
- Sr Analyst Events will be responsible for executing comprehensive employee engagement programs and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The individual will be responsible for managing and executing activities related to event management, maintaining employee relations, conducting research and analysis, end-to-end execution of corporate events. Will be the lead in the NCR region
- Budgeting and producing detailed proposals for events (including timelines, communication plan, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Executing, designing, and planning events for the employees
- Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, etc)
- Serving as a strategic communication partner supporting the management and functional teams
- Liaising with internal committees and consult them in organizing events
- Managing issues and requests of various groups involved, including participants, stakeholders, vendors, marketing, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration, SEZ, etc
- Executing firmwide communication events and debrief in liaison with senior leaders and other stakeholders
- Creating post-event evaluation and analysis
