Role Summary:
Working within the Global Compensation Guidelines, this role supports the
business leaders, and fellow People (HR) colleagues in researching job
requirements, evaluating job positions and ensuring the Company maintains a
competitive and equitable, total compensation package.
Areas of Responsibility:
Experience - 8 to 10 years
Conduct and lead market pricing for specific area, providing end-to-end compensation support, including senior leaders
Partner with appropriate people and business leaders to ensure that job evaluations are correct within the compensation structure
Support and provide leadership to the annual cycle compensation processes; including merit increase, incentive payout planning.
Provides leadership on projects and deep analysis to help formulate potential changes on the compensation structure, career framework and organization structure
Present, create and analysis reports to leaders and Sr. leaders in the organization
Ensure all compliance and regulations are met and followed for the area in which the role is assigned to support.
Conduct HR and manager trainings for compensation matters, for more complex and larger teams
Skills & Experience:
Advanced understanding of compensation structure and administration including job evaluation, base salary, and incentives
5+ years of compensation experience, specifically in broad based ranges
Experience with data analysis and mathematical modeling with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation and benefit
programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations,
performance appraisals, retirement plans, and life, health and disability
insurance
