This person works with IT Solutioning, Business Partners, and Business teams to identify Business Requirements and Opportunities, Develop optimal functional and technical solutions in Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform system landscape.
nThis role is responsible for the full development and architecture lifecycle and must ensure that deliverables meet or exceed business expectations. Additionally, this role must continually improve delivery capabilities by defining and implementing techniques that improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, capture, and reuse intellectual property, leverage emerging technologies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize our overall value proposition.
nKey Job Responsibilities
nCollaborate with solution analysts and delivery teams to understand business requirements and development activities.
nCustomize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs including entity customization, form design, and workflow automation.
nDevelop and Implement JavaScript based customizations and client-side logic in Dynamics 365.
nDesign and Automate Business Processes using Power Automate.
nDevelop custom plugins and custom workflow activities.n
Review development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support.
nAdministration of the Dynamics/Power Platform, Monitoring and Automation as needed.
nProvide estimated effort based upon high-level business requirements.n
Manage self-development program - to continuously learn and gain greater understanding of new and existing tools and capabilities, as well as industry and IT trends, through effective research, third parties, networking with peers, user groups, conferences, and formal training.n
Track issues and interact with internal and external consumers to resolve them.

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:
n
4+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft CRM Technologies (preferably Dynamics 365 or v9.0 and above)
nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application functional areas like Sales, Customer Service & Marketing
nExpert level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, Microsoft xRM platform (CRM SDK), Microsoft .NET Framework (C#, ASP.Net), Plugins and JavaScript technologies (JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML).
nExperience with System Design, Configuration, Customization, Extensions, Integration, Testing and Support.
nExperience integrating to and from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment using industry standard technologies such as web services (REST and SOAP APIs), File Transfer Protocols.
nProficiency in Power Platform with tools such as Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services Azure Application Services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps etc.
nWorking knowledge of FetchXML, SQL Server based reporting environments.
nKnowledge of Azure DevOps with CI/CD Pipelines will be added advantage.
nExperience with Data Integration tools like Tibco Scribe etc.
nProven history of team, sub-team, or program leadership. Ability to assess team member strengths and make work assignments.
nConversant understanding of Salesforce Automation Processes, B2B Commerce platforms, and the role of ERP systems in large manufacturing companies.
nFamiliarity with the Industrial Manufacturing Industry as well as Industry-specific requirements and challenges is desirable.
nExperience with any other ERP solution like SAP, SAP CRM, Salesforce.com is a plus.
nNice to have Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure related certifications
