As a member of this team you will ensure the performance requirements of the silicon and the cost requirements of the product are met through the integration of silicon, package and platform electrical design. Packaging Signal Integrity also provides design support to engineering design teams for both current and forward-looking product development and feasibility studies. The Person:

The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate effectively and work in close collaboration with others in AMD as well as with AMD's customers to ensure optimal engineering design decisions and efficient problem solving. You can collaborate and work harmoniously with others, while maintaining the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience & responsibilities:

Masters in EE/EC/CS/Microelectronics/VLSI design from reputed University with 6+ years of Experience in CMOS Analog/Circuit design

• Experienced Analog IC Design Engineer for the development of Analog IPs on cutting-edge technology nodes
• Will play a key role in designing complex CMOS integrated circuits, with expertise in analog blocks such as amplifiers, filters, precision comparators, LDOs, oscillators, and more.
• Understand layouts and could work with layout team to deliver designed circuits
• Strong experience across multiple technology nodes is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams located in N/A and India.

Academic Credentials:

MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
