Job Summary: The HR Executive for Payroll & Attendance will manage all aspects of payroll processing and attendance tracking for the manufacturing plant. This role ensures accurate payroll management, compliance with regulations, and effective attendance monitoring to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
- Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy in calculations for wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Attendance Tracking:
- Oversee attendance management systems, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
- Generate and analyze attendance reports to identify trends and address issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to enforce attendance policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies regarding payroll and attendance.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the audit process by providing payroll and attendance documentation.
- System Management:
- Maintain and update HRIS systems for payroll and attendance functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for improving payroll and attendance processes through automation or new technologies.
- Employee Support:
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and attendance policies.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on timekeeping systems and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3- 6 years of experience in payroll processing and attendance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; knowledge of attendance tracking systems is a plus.
