Summary: We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer, a seasoned professional with over 7+

years of experience in AI/ML engineering. The role primarily focuses on designing, developing,

and deploying AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets. Strong Python coding skills,

expertise in AI/ML libraries, and proficiency with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP)

are essential. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in data processing, including

data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Additionally, expertise in NLP

techniques, large language models, and SQL/NoSQL databases is required.The candidate is

expected to comply with the company's policies and procedures.

Must-have Skills:

Relevant Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML engineering

Strong Python Coding Skills: Proficient in Python, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g.,

TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Experience with Data Processing: Hands-on experience with Databricks related to data

cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering

Cloud Platforms: Must have experience with Microsoft Azure AI

Machine Learning Models: Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine

learning models

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries (e.g.,

NLTK, SpaCy, transformers)

Large Language Models (LLMs): Familiarity with integrating and fine-tuning LLMs

SQL/NoSQL Databases: Strong experience with databases and data retrieval

Data Visualization: Ability to create meaningful visualizations to communicate insights

(e.g., using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Problem-solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The candidate is expected to comply with the company's policies and procedures.

Good-to-have Skills:

Vector Databases: Experience working with vector databases for semantic search and

similarity matching

Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and

Kubernetes

Big Data Tools: Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark,

Hadoop)

AI Ethics and Fairness: Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets

Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems and determine how AI can

address them

Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and scalable

Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continually enhance

solution offerings

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing

Experience in a domain-specific AI application (Restaurant or Payment or Loyalty or

Surveys)
