Job Duties:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to effectively define and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
- Design, configure, and maintain robust integration solutions and methodologies that facilitate seamless communication between various software systems.
- Create and meticulously document HCM Extracts essential for downstream integrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and design visually appealing dashboards and comprehensive reports in Oracle Cloud HCM using OTBI and BI Publisher tools, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues, employing analytical problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new technology opportunities that can drive improvements in business processes and enhance solution design.
- Conduct thorough impact analyses and validate the effects of Oracle HCM quarterly upgrades on existing integrations and reports, ensuring continuous functionality.
- Serve as the technical lead on projects, assessing project scope, designing innovative solutions, and creating detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
You Must Have (Basic Qualifications)
- A minimum eight (8) years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, Interface, OTBI/BI Publisher, Data Models, SQL and API's
- A minimum five (5) years of experience and Oracle HCM Cloud Functional knowledge
- In-depth understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model and business process functionality and its data flow in the application
- Experience in writing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving/debugging skills
- Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills; able to manage work for multiple projects concurrently
- The capability to work independently and collaboratively
