The primary purpose of the Senior Accountant is to support the financial operations of the organization through comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role involves ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements, managing GST returns and reconciliations, and providing accurate financial statements and reports.
MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes.- Tax Audit Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and facilitate tax audits.
GST Knowledge and Compliance: Handle GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B), perform GST reconciliations, and manage GST audit requirements.
- MSME Vendor Management: Understand the implications of MSME registered vendors and ensure compliance with related regulations.
Bank Loan Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary documents for bank loan applications.- Accounting and Reconciliation: Manage bills accounting, perform bank reconciliations, and reconcile vendor ledgers. Prepare statements for outstanding payments and receivables.
Accurate Reporting
: Provide timely and accurate financial reports and statements to support business decisions.Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, GST requirements, and audit standards.Efficiency: Streamline financial processes, including bank loan documentation and vendor reconciliations.
