Roles and Responsibilities-
Manage company account for Australia/USA/UK
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation ( XERO Accounting Software/Quickbook)
Reporting financial to directors as required;
Maintenance of books. (Supplier Invoice, Company related expense)
Day to day administrative tasks.
Check all supplier payment in and out.
Banking and Reconciliations
Preparation of financial statements (PL, Other Reports)
Audit of all vouchers every month w.r.t. categorization of invoice files, purchase files, tax acknowledgement
Complete taxation work including Audits like Tax audits, statutory Audits etc and accounting
Other Admin Task related to company related to account
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Handle confidential and sensitive data/information
Month End closing reports as per set deadlines.
HR Management with salary payment to staff, leave management ESI, PF, Professional tax, Payroll manage of Staff
Any other duties as directed
Skill Required:-
Education :- B.com, Post Graduate (M.com / MBA Finance) ,Degree in Finance and/or Accounting from a college or university.
