Requirements :-
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with specific experience in ROC audit, ITR filing, and balance sheet preparation.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ROC audit procedures and compliance requirements. Proficiency in tax laws and regulations related to income tax filings.- Strong understanding of financial statements and balance sheet analysis-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities :-
- Manage financial reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, particularly ROC guidelines.
Coordinate ROC audits, liaise with external auditors, and facilitate audit processes efficiently.- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs), staying updated on tax laws to optimize tax planning and compliance.- Compile and analyze financial data to prepare accurate balance sheets and provide meaningful insights into financial performance.
Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
