Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Tricore Designs located in Mumbai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and reporting, maintaining general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention

Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

Reconcile balance sheet accounts

Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team

Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

Conduct regular ledger maintenance

maintain, upload and Co-ordinate GST data with Chartered Accountant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
• Experience in the design or architecture industry is a plus
