To ensure MIS is updated in a timely manner and submitted to the management regularly.
Filing of all returns like GST, Income Tax, TDS etc.
Complete annual (ROC) Registrar of Companies fillings and the return fillings and update all records on SAP.
To perform supplementary returns and share statutory compliances of ROC information to the company secretary and CA.
Responsible for overseeing District Industries Centre (DIC) subsidy activities.
Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks associated.
To ensure the companys financial growth is maintained and take prompt actions for its stability.
Develop the corporate fundraising strategies and manage relationships with partners and investors for smooth implementations.
To ensure monthly debit credit notes are raised by the team.
Renewal of the following licences- labour contract, MPCB, SSI/MSME and safety licence renewal and hearing whenever required, principle employers licence etc.,
Checking of the accounting data entry heads, expenses heads and asset heads.
National sample survey returns yearly as per the provision of act.
To prepare a checklist of the work plan for the month and verify from the director and update the work completed from the checklist.
To recommend cost-reducing solutions
Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax informations
Reviewing all formal finance and HR policies and procedures
Responsible for resolving statutory issues brought to the notice in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Responsible for all compliances - Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Company Law, and all others and should be able to manage department assessments as when required .
Managing Finance strategic and operational, Banking relationship Fundraising, Accounts, and Internal Controls, Treasury, Legal Secretarial,, and Corporate Governance .
AUDIT/ QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Reviewing monthly financial statements and quarterly audit reports prepared by team members.
Liaise with external and internal auditors to handle any financial irregularities that may occur.
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
TEAM MANAGEMENT
To oversee the targets of all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants,
internal auditors, etc.)are met on a monthly basis.
Ensure that the team is productive, regular training is conducted.
