Responsibilities:

• Tally ERP9 Data entry & reporting, Account and Bank statement reconciliation, Cash Handing
• RM purchase booking in customized ERP System, Preparation invoice, Purchase order in ERP
• GST calculations, payments and returns filling , PT, ESIC, PF calculation and payment
• Work on IT audit, Balance sheet, PNL, Payroll , TDS calculation and payment
• Liaison activity with CA and Govt agencies, HR Recruitment, Training management, Payroll, employee travel
• General plant and people administration, HR/IR activities
• Secondary responsibility for Inventory management & Store thru assistant
• Knowledge of Finacial ratios, Finacial analysis is added advantage.
• Set and ensure delivery against set of metrics including: -
  On time suppliers payment
  On time Salary calculation and payment
  On time Govt related payments and returns
  Prepare schedule and alert. Cash flow.
  Bill raising & follow up - Key account manager for customer receivable and follow up.
