Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of GST Portal & GST Working.
• T.D.S calculation,deduction,payment, filing.
• Preparing Performa Invoice / Tax Invoice / Checking GST input credit.
• Maintaining Petty Cash Statements / Bank statements.
• Follow up from parties for making payments.
• Checking Debtors and Creditors Ledger statements.
• For advance payment cross checking bill wise expenses. (Consumable Expenses, Traveling Expenses.)
• Maintaining financial year Balance sheet.
• Sending mail to Parties like Performa Invoice, Tax invoice and Creditors Payment
• Tally Debtors and Creditors Payment.
