Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Accountant at Sri Anusham Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is an on-site role located in Nagercoil.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage GST and TDS filings.
  • Conduct internal and statutory audits, resolving issues raised by auditors.
  • Handle RG1 filings, inter-company invoices, bank stock statements, and other statutory filings.
  • Analyze daily cash flow and prepare the report
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly Profit & Loss statements.
  • Compare monthly raw material consumption with BOM variance reports.
  • Conduct product and line costing, categorizing expenses into fixed and variable.
  • Calculate ROIC, breakeven points, and other financial metrics.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow, fund flow, and balance sheet reports.
  • Develop and compare departmental budgets with actual performance.
  • Manage bank payments and coordinate with financial institutions.
  • Track and renew statutory licenses.
  • Provide documentation support for other departments, including tender documentation.
  • Perform Tally Accounting for Mahath Industries.
  • Analyze costs for staff bus running, worker expenses, and material handling.
  • Identify mess expenses per worker and prepare separate P&L statements.
  • Perform cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally Accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable.

Experience: 7-10 years
