  • Position: Sr. Accounts Manager

The ideal candidate (ADAPTIVE LEARNERS & LATERAL THINKERS) will be responsible for managing various Administrative- accounting tasks under CEOs & CAs ensuring accuracy and sincerity contributing to the overall health of the organization.

  • Background/Qualifications: bachelor's / PG degree in accounting, Finance, or MBA in related field, CA & Inter-CA are preferred.


  • Experience: 10+ years


  • Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day office and transactions, including accounts payable and receivables.

Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.

Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations with CA.

Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements (Not Mandatory)

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support decision-making processes.

Handle tax-related matters, including filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws in association with CA.

  • Requirements:


Independently should be able to file returns inclusive of TDS, GST & consolidation upto finalization.

Proven experience in accounting.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting Tally software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced & evolving work environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal PR and liaison skills

MBA/ or similar certification is preferred (but not mandatory).

Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written is a must.

Experience in presentation, planning and execution.

Self-driven and motivated.
