Sr Account Manager / 4 years to 5 years / Mumbai

Who you are

  • You should be someone who can develop and maintain smooth relationships with the client.
  • You should be able to develop open and effective communication channels with the client.
  • You should be someone who has an eye for attention to detail and who ensures quality is exceptional.
  • You should have a personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport.

What will you do

  • Manage the social media accounts and ORM for the brands.
  • Manage the deliverables and day to day functioning of the brands.
  • Act as a liaison between the clients and the internal teams.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with the clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, bloggers while executing on the brand.
  • Addressing change in requirement stated by client during the interaction and getting it inculcated in collaboration with design, production & operations.
  • Co-ordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for payments.
  • Become a reliable point of contact for each client to help establish a strong business relationship.
