Role and Responsibilities

Developing and creating 3D models based on project requirements.

Ensuring that all 3D assets meet project specifications and deadlines.

Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design.

Implementing feedback from clients or team members to refine designs.

Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies in 3D design.

Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers.

Working closely with architects, graphic artists, and other team members to achieve project goals.

Troubleshooting technical issues related to 3D design software.

Strong organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Acting as a technical/tactical resource for the creative teams.

Managing deadlines and executing on-time with the team to design and build compelling high-

quality 3D render.

Skills Required:

Must have architectural work experience.

Must have knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max and AutoCAD, Lumion, V-ray.

Exceptional 3D Modelling, Texturing and lighting skills necessary.

Must be proactive about improving / developing artistic skills.

Must be willing to learn new 3D skills and software as required.

Knowledge of Unreal engine will be preferred.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Any Graduate
