1. SQL background of 3+ years working with multiple dialects (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata) including structuring, creating, and running a database. 2. Excellent management and communication skills. Have a desire for continuous process improvement, optimization, and automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Comfortable and highly proficient in working with large sets of data in spreadsheets and other information systems 4. 2-7 years experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting /analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages. 5. Ability to take loose or incompletely defined requirements and use knowledge and experience to create a finished product. 6. Ability to give effective training and presentations to senior management and other groups. 7. Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills. 8. Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally. 9. Good Knowledge of HTML & JavaScript.
