Job Description

Roles & Responsibilty :

1)Supplier Selection and Qualification: Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capability to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and qualifications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

2) Supplier Development: Collaborate with suppliers to develop their quality systems and processes to align with company requirements. Provide guidance and training to suppliers on quality management practices, tools, and methodologies.

3) Quality Assurance and Control: Establish and maintain quality standards, inspection criteria, and testing methods for incoming materials and components. Develop and implement quality control plans to monitor and verify supplier product quality. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections at supplier facilities.

4) Issue Resolution and Non-Conformance Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve supplier-related quality issues. Perform root cause analysis and work with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.

5) Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Conduct periodic reviews of supplier performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

6) Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of supplier evaluations, audits, quality issues, and corrective actions. Prepare and present reports on supplier quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.
