Role Overview
You will assist the Senior Talent Manager in various aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest in open positions.
- Interview Coordination & Support Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure clear and timely communication with all parties involved to facilitate a smooth interview process.
- Job Posting & Advertising Create and manage job postings on multiple job boards and the company website. Help develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Database Management and Talent Mapping Assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Conduct talent mapping to identify and track potential candidates, leveraging various sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Applicant Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the team.
- Onboarding Assistance Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for the new hires.
- Talent Acquisition Projects Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity recruitment strategies, and process improvements.
Experience Needed / Our Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- You have an interest in building a career in recruitment and human resources.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
