Sports Science-Based Motor Skill Program Designer (years 4-15)

Responsibilities:
Program Development:
- Design and develop age-appropriate motor skill development programs tailored to football players aged 4-15.
- Integrate sports science principles to enhance physical, technical, and cognitive skills.
- Create progressive training modules that align with the developmental stages of young athletes.
Implementation and Monitoring:
- Oversee & Demonstrate the implementation of training programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Setup process to Monitor and assess the progress of individual athletes,
- Monitor & adjust programs as necessary to meet athlete needs.
- Use data and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve training methodologies.
Education and Support:
- Provide ongoing education and training to coaches and parents on the importance of motor skill development and best practices.
- Develop educational materials and workshops to support the holistic development of young football players.
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages continuous improvement and enjoyment of the sport.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
- Certifications in youth sports coaching, motor skill development, and child psychology.
Experience:
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years designing and implementing sports science-based training programs.
- Proven track record in developing motor skills programs for young athletes.
- Experience working with children aged 4-15 in a coaching or educational capacity.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using sports performance analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of biomechanics, motor learning, and physical conditioning specific to youth athletes.
- Experience with injury prevention and management in young athletes.
