Responsibilities:

As a Sports Scheduling Administrator , you will be responsible for keeping schedules up to date across Stats Perform's product suite using various internal tools. You will be responsible for scheduling live content as well as upcoming competitions and new seasons in a timely manner. The successful candidate should have a strong sports knowledge of sports and proficient communication and organization skills.

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for sport is beneficial. This role is 24/7 shift based, including weekend and night shifts. Your role involves:

• Monitoring email updates and amending fixtures within our internal tools.
• Follow up on upcoming fixtures with Stats Perform's suppliers.
• Ensure events are setup correctly referencing delivery details shared by our suppliers.
• Ensure events are set up on time in the Coverage tool before an event starts.
• Quality control across our products and sports portfolio.
• Meet or exceed all performance and production goals and delivering to the organisation set standard.

Required Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of MS office applications [specially Outlook and Excel].
• Sound knowledge of variety of sporting events.
• Ability to prioritize multiple task.
• Confident in handling email enquiries.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritise based on business importance.

Strong knowledge of social tools such as twitter and google for research needs.

• Have the discipline to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment
