Key Responsibilities for sports infra flooring
manager: Install and maintain various types of sports surfaces, including synthetic turf, natural grass, athletic tracks, and other specialized surfaces.
Arrange and coordinate manpower for installation projects, ensuring that the right number of skilled workers are available and on-site.
Prepare installation sites by grading, leveling, and compacting soil or base materials.
Measure and layout installation areas according to project specifications and blueprints.
Ensure proper alignment, cutting, and seaming of synthetic turf or other surface materials.
Operate and maintain installation equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Conduct quality checks and address any issues or imperfections in the installation.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the completed work.
Finalize deals and contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the completed work.
