Role: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager / General Manager
Experience Range: Proven experience of 7-10 years in Sponsorship and IP Sales, client servicing, account management, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation of Intellectual Property: Work with the creative team to conceptualize and develop engaging and unique IPs that resonate with the target audience.
- Business Development: Monetise the IPs by building networks and relationships with top marketers / CMOs/ Head of Media/ Head of Brands.
- Client Servicing: Gather and analyse client briefs thoroughly, ensuring a clear understanding of client objectives, target audience, and key messages. Effectively service the client for a long-term relationship & business.
- A to Z monitoring: Play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of IPs, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Must have worked on an Annual Revenue size of 25-40 Crores by selling Sponsorships of 4-5 IPs in a year.
- Must have good connections in the decision-making layer amongst brands.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management and campaign analytics.
- A deep understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing concepts.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
