Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and overseeing sponsorship sales.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.
- Strategic research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference.
- Sponsorship Sales and New Business Development skills
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in market research and lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or other relevant field.
