Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and overseeing sponsorship sales.
Responsibilities
Responsible for generating revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages for Conferences/ Expo/ Business Awards shows by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.
Strategic research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference.
Sponsorship Sales and New Business Development skills
Lead Generation and Sales skills
Account Management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of experience in Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience in market research and lead generation.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or other relevant field.
