Sponsorship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Manager to join our team. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing sponsorship opportunities to support our events and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to secure funding for our events and activities.

• Identify and research potential sponsors, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to potential sponsors interests and objectives.

• Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

Manage and deliver on sponsorship commitments, including brand visibility, activation, and ROI measurement.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship agreements.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sponsorship.

• Prepare regular reports on sponsorship activities, performance, and outcomes.

Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our company and build new relationships.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship management, sales, or business development.

Proven track record of securing sponsorships and managing sponsor relationships.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience in the event management or hospitality industry.

• Existing network of potential sponsors and industry contacts.
