Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective spoken English curriculum
Conduct engaging lessons to improve speaking, listening, and comprehension skills- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners
Create a supportive and motivating learning environment
- Assess progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and trends
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
TEFL or TESOL certification preferred
- Previous teaching experience in English as a second language
Fluency in spoken and written English- Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to engage and inspire learners of all ages and backgrounds.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Prior experience in curriculum development and training delivery is a plus.
