Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Speech Therapist at Samarthang Healthcare Private Limited located in Bengaluru South. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to improve communication skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree/or Bachelor in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid certification or license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with individuals with a variety of communication disorders and diagnoses
- Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
