Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Cornerstone Therapy Solutions in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication disorders, and dysphagia. They will develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with other professionals, provide therapy sessions, and document progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in team meetings and continuing education to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications

• Speech Therapy, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders skills
• Experience in assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders
• Knowledge of pediatric feeding and its treatment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Experience working with children
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• RCI certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Additional certifications or training in specific therapy approaches
• Fluency in multiple languages or atleast in local langage along is a plus
