About The Role
The operations delivery function is at the core of processing every customer financial transaction. It links risk management and control processes to help protect the organizations assets and reputation. Operations staff work closely with the other divisions as well as external clients (as required) to help facilitate smooth delivery of business and fulfilment. This includes processing, servicing, accounting, reporting functions, and customer service. Communicates within the organization department managers/officers to promote efficient and correct workflow, establish positive working relationships across the organization/intra and inter departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation and review of process workflow for co-lending/partnerships.
- Streamline credit workflows in the system.
- Connect with multiple stakeholders like business, product, credit, IT and analytics on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of co-lending projects.
- Liaising with legal team and partner's for formulating loan documents i.e sanction letter, loan agreement etc,.
- Liaising with partner and banks for opening of escrow accounts and finalising escrow agreements.
- Conduct end to end system UAT of credit filters and workflow for new partner onboarding.
- Conducting requirement analysis and providing suggestions for changes with the success of the partner's program post go-live.
- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation and lending agreements are created with the highest level of accuracy.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 3-6 years Experience of working in consulting / fintech / co-lending partnerships / start-ups will be preferred especially in a multi-partnership management environment.
- Sound understanding of different LMS construct with the ability to define the process with partners.
- Deep understanding of Lending/Unsecured Loans/Credit/Legal Documentation/Financial Products/Operations.
- Recognize opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
- P rocess orientation: Ability to improve processes through standardization and automation.
- Analytical thinking: Ability to do qualitative and quantitative deep dives on new and emerging tech trends.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to quickly build relationships and become a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize information both verbally and in writing to influence and drive alignment.
