- The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for Managing the Projects effectively by ensuring the successful completion within the given timelines and SLAs with great accuracy
- Analyzing the Scope, Managing the Project Documentation, Billing and Reporting with great efficiency
- Coordinating with Clients and various stakeholders by keeping them informed with timely updates and keeping the track of the project progress and timelines and milestones
- Working with different groups and resources to accomplish the successful implementation as per the project requirement
What you will do
- Deliver a project as per pre-defined milestones, leading timely completion of all deliverables whilst managing resources, deadlines, and budgetary requirements.
- Identify and assess opportunities with due diligences, ranging from simple automation, RPA, AI and process improvement to make processes automation ready.
- Work as per the defined project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed and comprehensive project plans and scheduled timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage schedule, dependencies, and resource utilization. Own management of stakeholder expectation alignment gaps and/or gaps in meeting client expectations.
- Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Ensure all projects are maintained in the central project portfolio management tool. Maintain the rigor as per the predefined project governance and ensure project reporting is accurate and concise.
What you will need to have
- Graduate or equivalent Degree in any stream. (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in customer facing projects / client support role or project coordination / project management in the IT service industry
- 5-7 years of experience in similar profile as a Project Manager or a Business Analyst
What would be great to have
- Knowledge of basics of US Banking, Transactions, Item Processing
- Having good knowledge of comprehensive Project Management.
- Familiarity of various File formats such as COF, X9, TIFF and Transmission methods like DMZ, NAS Drive etc.
- Certification in Project Management
