Job Description:
nCore Responsibilities:
- nAnalyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Evaluate market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
- nCreate project plans, estimates, and manage the entire project lifecycle.
- nPartner with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment.
- nCreate product roadmap and project plan.
- nOrganize and facilitate Scrum team meetings including Release and Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives.
- nSupport in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog.
- nRemove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, and issues during Sprint execution.
- nProvide inputs and clarify business and technical requirements during project and release planning.
- nGuide, manage, support on job duties and conduct performance reviews for the direct reportees.
- nUtilize JIRA, Confluence wiki, Leankit and Microsoft office tools for product management.
- nLead the team in embracing Test-Driven Development and DevOps principles & practices for software development.
- nServe as a Scrum/Agile expert, providing guidance and coaching to Scrum teams on Agile principles and practices.
- nAct as a servant leader, advocating for the team and protecting them from external distractions and unnecessary interruptions.
- nFoster collaboration and effective communication within and across Scrum teams and stakeholders.
- nRemove any impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress, fostering a self-organizing and empowered team culture.
- nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share best practices and align on organizational Agile initiatives.
- nMonitor and track key Agile metrics, such as team velocity and sprint burndown, and provide insights to stakeholders for decision-making.
nSkills:
- n5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, Systems design and writing user stories; experience utilizing JIRA, Confluence wiki and LeanKit tools.
- nExperience in leading teams following SAFe or Agile methodologies using Test Driven development and DevOps principles.
- nBackground in software development and experience in software tools like LucidWorks Fusion, Solr, Splunk, EFK, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, etc.
- nExperience in driving Scaled Agile projects end-to-end from estimation through deployment and sustainment.
- nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leader
- nProven experience working in a fast-paced Agile software development environment.
- nExcellent facilitation and coaching skills to guide and mentor Scrum teams.
- nLeadership skills to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders towards Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- nStrong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues within the team.
- nProactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum.
- nCertifications such as SAFe Certified PO/PM, SAFE APM, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)
