We are looking for a Specialist- Strategy & Medical Operational Excellence who is experienced in handling medical product transitions for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Bangalore.
Position: Specialist- Strategy & Medical Operational Excellence
Experience: 5+ years in transition project management
Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 institute
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Process Enhancement:
- Identify, evaluate, and optimize operational processes for enhanced efficiency and reduced waste.
- Spearhead initiatives to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge operational performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Utilize data analysis to track progress and facilitate informed decision-making.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
- Foster collaboration across departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Training and Development:
- Provide comprehensive training and support on operational excellence methodologies to staff members at all levels.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to cultivate a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to uphold operational standards and elevate product/service quality.
- Enforce quality control measures to mitigate defects and enhance overall performance.
Lean Six Sigma Expertise:
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create detailed documentation outlining processes, improvements, and best practices.
- Deliver regular reports to communicate progress and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or relevant roles.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).
- Experience in process mapping and value stream analysis.
- Background in project management.
