Elevate is recruiting a
Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. As a sales and marketing specialist, you'll handle enterprise aspects of our Salesforce.com platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and build low-code technical solutions. Additionally, you will implement CRM strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and user adoption, making a significant impact on our operations. You will also provide support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies.
Specifically, The Sales And Marketing Specialist Will
- Administer and maintain our Salesforce environment, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
- Design and implement scalable low-code Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, Lightning Page configurations.
- Create and maintain detailed business process flows and scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automated processes to provide actionable insights and improve business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, integrations, and functionality.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and new members of the sales teams, ensuring they are fully leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and AppExchange applications.
- Conduct research to gather the required information for contacts and accounts, whether from ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or Google search.
- Provide proactive, timely and actionable analytics
Skills For Success
- Must have a strong understanding of operations and development processes as well as experience with project management, data management, and Salesforce administering.
- Expert level proficiency in Salesforce both functionally and technically.
- Excellent understanding and experience in generating analytics reports for assessing the pipeline and bookings metrics.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Flow/Automation in Salesforce.
- Proficient in Salesforce integration with Marketo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other enterprise applications.
- Good English language business writing and grammar skills.
- Experience in importing large amounts of data using a data loader, workbench, or any other Salesforce application.
- Knowledge of ZoomInfo administration will be an advantage.
- Expert level skills in MS Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Suite applications, i.e., PowerPoint and Word.
Experience.
- 4-5 years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Sales Operations team and collaborating with colleagues spread globally.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator certification will be an advantage but is not mandatory Work with internal functions to streamline processes for the project management team.
